LIP is also deeply involved in academic research and teaching. LIP employees have teaching assignments in logistics and logistics real estate as well as transaction management at three universities. LIP is engaging in various expert groups on the topics of “Future requirements for logistics real estate” and “Valuation of logistics real estate”. In addition, LIP regularly provides information on current market developments, transactions, new construction volumes, lettings and yield developments with its quarterly “LIP up to date”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In the recent years, LIP has made a major contribution to more transparency and know-how in the asset class of logistics real estate with numerous publications and networking events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Sustainability and climate neutrality are very important to LIP. Logistics properties offer large roof areas for the generation of renewable energy. LIP will therefore install photovoltaic systems on all properties that meet the technical requirements.
