The property, located on Krusenhauserner Weg in Hodenhagen, was handed over to the user after completion in May 2020. The Bremen-based company STUTE Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kuehne + Nagel, has leased the propertyon a long-term basis. The seller is bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft from Hanover, a project developer active in the asset classes logistics, office and hotel for almost 30 years.
During the acquisition process LIP Invest received legal consultation from Eversheds Sutherland LLP, tax advice from Mazars and technical support from CBRE.

The site, directly opposite the BMW distribution centre also built by bauwo in 2016, covers an area of around 81,000 square meters. The state-of-the-art logistics centre comprises 30 dock levellers (including six jumbo bridges), four ground-level gates, ten truck parking spaces and 104 car parking spaces. With a hall height of 12 metres, a surface load-bearing capacity of five tonnes and a concrete floor specially designed for water-hazardous substances, the hall is suitable for a wide range of uses. The building, which consists of three separately leasable sections, can also be extended by a further 10,000 square metres.
Conveniently located at the intersection of the A27 motorway towards Bremen and the A7 towards Hamburg/Hanover, the property is ideally placed as a distribution centre with a national or international orientation.
