Tröndle, as Acquisition Manager, will be responsible for expanding the acquisition and purchasing division as well as developing relationships with project developers, brokers, portfolio owners, owner-occupiers and all other owners of logistics properties in order to open up new purchasing potential.

Tröndle graduated from the University of Lörrach with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Business – Forwarding, Transport and Logistics. After completing his degree, he returned as a project manager to Grieshaber Logistics Group AG in Bad Säckingen, where he had previously carried out his internship, and gained professional experience in the field of contract logistics and warehousing.

Following that, he studied Real Estate Management at the Nuertingen Geislingen University and graduated with an MSc. in the spring of 2019. He then worked for one and a half years in transaction consulting for industrial and logistics real estate at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Stuttgart.

“Jan-Nicolai Trödle is an open-minded, customer-oriented and highly qualified employee, who fits very well into our modern and dynamically growing company. It is his experience working in a logistics company that pre-destines him for this role as he understands first-hand what is expected from logistics real estate”, explains Bodo Hollung, partner and managing director of LIP Invest.
